Purpose of the Terms: Welcome to Nana’s Custom Cookies! These Terms of Service, which we may update from time to time, apply to the PrintedCustomCookies Platform, including our website, mobile apps, and any new features we might add. These Terms of Service are important because they help define our relationship with you as you use the Platform. “PrintedCustomCookies,” “we,” “us,” “our,” and other similar terms, shall refer to the party you are contracting with.
Acceptance of Terms: By using any of the Services or the Platform, you’re agreeing to these Terms of Service. This means you understand and accept all the rules about using our Services. Whether you are contributing to a Fundraiser as a Donor, starting a Fundraiser, withdrawing funds as an Organizer, Beneficiary, or NPO, or otherwise interacting with the Services, these terms apply to you. Depending on where you live, you might be entering into this agreement with different PrintedCustomCookies entities.
There is No Refund on cookies ordered. We are making a donation to your selected entity on your behalf and the entire amount of money paid to us cannot be refunded/exchanged or moved to another entity. You will have 6 months from the date of donation to place your order for your custom printed cookies. after 6 months. The value of your credit with us will be reduced by 25% “the amount of the donation” the balance remaining is subject to a service fee of $9.95 to keep your account active. This fee will be deducted from the balance of your account. Once the balance reaches 0 dollars your account will be closed.
Your order includes the number of cookies you place your order for. One (1) image is included, up to 30 minutes of design time. This is to facilitate the layout and creation of your cookie. Additional Design time is at a rate of $85 per hour, billed in 5 minute blocks. You will be provided a proof for your approval. No cookies can be printed until you approve the proof. All cookie come packed loose in an appropriate box or container dependent on quantity ordered. Upgraded packaging can be ordered for an additional fee.
Only the cookie price is considered in to the donation amount. Additional services such as Packaging, Shipping, Taxes, Additional Images, Additional Design services, Rush Services, Custom labels, etc are not included in the donation consideration.
Quick Note on Arbitration: If you’re using PrintedCustomCookies in the United States you need to know about our arbitration agreement. By using our Services, you are agreeing that if there’s a disagreement or legal issue between you and PrintedCustomCookies, it will be resolved through binding arbitration, not in court. You also waive your right to be part of a class action lawsuit or to have a jury trial. Please make sure to read the “Dispute Resolution & Arbitration” section of these Terms of Service for more details.
